What the FOFAT? (WTF)

DEFINITION:

fofat (fo'fat)

noun

1. Universal Energy.

2. The ability to achieve, through psychological methods, the same levels of happiness, joy, silliness, relaxation, self confidence, courage, etc. that are normally achieved through drugs and alcohol. In other words, you can get high on life. For example, one technique might be to blurt out something ridicules in front of a crowd of people. Like saying, "my momma was a big fat fofat" which really doesn't make much sense, therefore, it causes you to feel the strong emotion of embarrassment along with a huge surge of energy. In stead of crawling into a shell of embarrassment, you can channel that energy into joy and self confidence.
